It was conveniently close to Times Square and dining options especially if you have kids with you that need to go back to the hotel to rest of for nap time. Lobby is very busy everyday but it was also the holidays.

Amazing post holiday visit
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was ready early when we got there. They held our bags on check-out day for a very small bag fee so we could go around the city with no bags. We had a wonderful time visiting NYC seeing a show and the Statue of Liberty.

We came for a four day trip with our 15 year old daughter. The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice. We asked for a higher floor with a city view. It was great!! The room was clean and comfortable. No fridge but besides that …perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Everybody at the hotel was very nice. Except the person who checked us in. She did let us check in at 10am but gave us the smallest room in the hotel. There was space for the beds and nothing else. Every other room in the hotel had a desk and more space. Ours was so uncomfortable we went to the bar to relax. The bathroom didn’t allow me and my wife to be in there at the same time. I know this is NYC but we saw other rooms on the same floor and they were all bigger inside. Every single one. Other than that it was great. Very good location a few blocks from everything we wanted to see in midtown. Subway across the street. Junior’s was close…Broadway was close. The park, Rockefeller all very close. We won’t stay here again with 4 people in a room though.

The Starbucks in the hotel was very convienant and the employees there were excellent. The hotel area is in a perfect spot in NYC! However, the cleanliness in the rooms were very poor and could be improved. We had spotting on our fresh sheets multiple times, other items from previous guests were in the room, the floors were dirty, and the shower walls were dirty. The front desk staff were not always the nicest either, and the attitudes could be changed.

They give you a $30 resort credit to be used everyday in the bar or restaurant but you have to stand in line for an hour to get coffee. We were never able to spend the credit. Basically we paid an extra $30 every night. It was annoying and the room was old
