GOOD - Great location. Friendly staff. BAD - Very dark hallways, very dark rooms. Bed up on a platform larger than the bed. Wasted a lot of space in an already small room. No drawers.

There was a front desk lady, who was super nice. Housekeeping was great. When I checked in, they didn’t have my reservation. They said someone else checked in with a similar name. They ended up giving me a room when I used my key to get into the room the woman that supposedly had a similar name was in the room and understandably upset. After a lot of waiting around, they put me in another room. Then later that night at 11:30 PM after my daughter and I were asleep, we were awoken by someone else that worked at the front desk, knocking on our door saying there was a problem with the reservation and I had to retell the whole story and show my Expedia reservation email. I would definitely not go back. Awesome location, overall friendly staff, clean room.

DO NOT book here. AD is a complete misrepresentation of what the room looks like. Bed was like an uneven piece of cardboard. Pillows felt like inflatable pool toys. There were no bedside tables. What appeared to be a giant blood stain (I have photo evidence) on the floor next to the bed. Room smelled terrible. Room was tiny. When I checked in there were shady people hanging around the lobby (granted it was late but still shady) and the person that checked me in yelled out "be safe" as I walked away. Do not be fooled by the photos in the Expedia ad. You can find comparable prices for actually decent hotel rooms instead.

My son & I travelled for his bday and our first time in NY! The hotel staff was so helpful and accommodating of our luggage when we showed up early and wanted to go site see! The room was tiny but just Walmart we needed for an evening in NY!
