Great hotel in a fantastic location.

This is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. I especially recommend if you are traveling into Penn Station, or attending events at Hammerstein Ballroom or MSG. Excellent service all around.

The property was clean and well kept, unfortunately my electric shade stopped working but other than that the room was clean and the staff were friendly. Being in the center of the city you can hear the sounds of the city but it’s to be expected. I would recommend this space and would stay again. Next time I would not bring my car bc there is a high ticket valet price or you have to park on the street with metered parking.

No coffee in the lobby in the morning. They want you to buy it from their restaurant on the fifth floor. When you check in you have to have a PIN code for your credit card or they will not take it. Very frustrating as I was using a corporate card. Thankfully I remembered my PIN.

Another great stay at the Renaissance

We had a great stay. Wonderful room and a decent view. Not the first time I've stayed here and I I tend to come back many times more. The staff was always top notch and friendly. Highly recommended.
