Good stay

Brand new hotel in Flatbush, Brooklyn, conveniently located to public transportation ,shops and JFK Airport. Overall good experience, clean facility with modern rooms. Hopefully the owners will be able to maintain the condition of the property.

This seemed like a g great new hotel. Conveniently located off the junction in Brooklyn. We had a late check in. The agent at the desk seemed either new or unfamiliar with the check in process. After managing to check us in, he offered us a room in the basement. When we asked if there weren’t any rooms on the above ground floors, he stated that the rooms below were larger. Please keep in mind that we never asked for a larger room. He also didn’t give us the option to choose a larger basement room or a smaller above ground room. He goes back into the system and selects a room on the 8th floor. Perfect. Our family of four gets settled only to realize there’s no toilet paper in the bathroom/room. I call down to the front desk to let them know and no apologies were given. When I asked if someone could bring it to the room for us, he said that I could come down and get it. Maybe they were understaffed but no explanation was given as to why no one could provide that to us. Next up, the shower. There was no place to secure the soap. No niche or tray. Small details like this will have you reconsidering your life choices lol. In short, not the best experience.
