Great property for a short stay. Clean rooms, Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, a little too addicted to their phones:) Noisy surroundings. If not for the rooms being adjacent to car parking and being very close to the roads, I would have slept better.

Stay was good, worth the price, breakfast was decent, variety of different options. The waitress who helps doing breakfast was kind and friendly! She deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated! King Size Bed was comfy! Room was cosy and clean, checking in & out was easy. Thank you!

Now I’m not gonna lie. The room was cute. OK the Jacuzzi was kind of small but it was OK. I could deal with that. The fact that we didn’t have no hot water throughout the whole stay and I paid $455 for a night is insane OK we’re not only bothered the staff twice over this hot water. OK not cool at all so let’s just say I won’t be staying at the Ramada in the Bronx happy holidays.

The parking was limited. Very tight. The shower in the room we were in would only get hot during The day. The only thing that was good was the lady that checked us in ....I believe her name was Jacqueline orJackie. Loud in the hall way at night.
