The lighting in the room is not great. There should be at least one other lamp, given there is no overhead lighting. It is somewhat loud - But in a busy area. (I have stayed in other places nearby and it is less noisy) The location is great if you want to be near TImes Square but not right in it. Walkable to many many locations. Subway nearby. Staff was very helpful, friendly -- excellent.

It was nice to check in early. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. Our TV was giving us issues and a staff member came to look at it immediately. We were able to store our bags after checkout so we didn't have to haul them around at the Macy Day parade. All these things made for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again!

I would like to recognize the performance and kindness of Mohammed (bellboy) , the front desk Manager (don't remember the name) and also one lady from the front desk, she have short black hair and glasses she speaks English and Spanish (also don't remember the name). They take care a lot about me and my daughter. Please let them know how good and amazing they are.

Overall great hotel, I felt safe and it was very convenient to al the NYC sites. There was a lot of noise from the street traffic every night, but that’s to be expected.

hotel itself is great room was super tight for cost location is right near penn station and msg but there were alot of vagrants and marajuana smoke and garbage in the street in the area outside the property.
