The hotel was good and in normal times it woulg be a great staying. But since we had an issue where a flight was canceled, we were waiting over hour and a half to do the check in. I understand is not an hotel problem but in those cases the hotel should has a lane for normal check in and other for the canceled flights and where there is no regular check in then both for the canceled flight.
