Called for shuttle and was told it would be at airport shortly. 2 hours later and several phone calls to the property NO SHUTTLE CAME!!!! A kind stranger who ordered uber offered me a ride over with him. After 12 hours in airports and flying this was unacceptable.

I was disappointed with a couple of aspects of my stay. First, the valet parking was extremely overpriced and not worth the cost, especially with limited nearby alternatives. Second, my room was unfortunately located directly above some noisy generators, which made it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep. While the room itself was clean and the staff were polite, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations due to these major inconveniences. I would recommend asking for a quieter room and double-checking parking options before booking.

It was good. We only stayed overnight. There was no provision to keep the luggage in the hotel after the checkout time unlike in most other hotels, which denied us some time for sightseeing because it would have cost us $100 for extended checkout.
