Guests in the room next door to us had a raging party until 3am and security of the hotel was unable to put on stop to it on their own and NYPD never showed up. Got barely 3 hours of sleep before having to catch my flight home.

First of all, before booking this hotel I called and spoke with someone at their front desk and asked if they decorated their rooms for special occasions, and the worker said yes. The day of check-in I found out that they do not provide that service. Secondly, I needed a microwave to heat up my food and there was none present anywhere according to the workers. The lady at the front desk who wears glasses was rude about the situation. Other than that my stay there was okay.
