Shower leaking into the hallway. Received phone call to check out at 11:00 even though it says in hotel website that check out is at noon. Room was to close to elevators and super noisy. Feels like there’s no door to the room. Would definitely not go there again.

This property is outstanding! Clean, bright well maintained, it has a youthful, trendy look and decor. Walking distance to Time Square and Broadway. The staff is outstanding, well appointed and well mannered. The breakfast buffet is great, with a good variety of foods. We will book here in the future for sure. :)

First impressions of the hotel was that it was lovely, clean and well presented. Unfortunately, their poorly managed processes and some staff truly let down the standard of the hotel meaning that we won't be back here. Bellhop services lost our bags due to poorly managed luggage storage systems. We were also mistakenly told 3 times our bags were at our room. Reception staff were initially helpful but then others including the manager weren't helpful when trying to resolve and action a resort fee reversal. The initial resort fee transaction was voided due to a hotel processing issue, but was informed that this would not be released which could be 30 days. This is a common issue if you look at trip advisor so please book with caution and bare this in mind if booking. Breakfast was okay. A bit manic at times but the staff were well aware and had an okay process to support this. We are due to return to NYC as a family of 8 but wont be returning here due to the many issues experienced being such a source of frustration and disappointment.

Good hotel!

We like staying here when we visit nyc. Very convenient for attending Broadway shows. The room is more spacious than others in nyc It's very nice that they serve breakfast too. We have stayed here several times and recommend it.

Chose Route because of location and I’ve stay a Rius in the Caribbean. WORST BED EVER. Crappy pillows, cheesy cheap blanket, lumpy mattress. Never again!!!
