Just what we needed for this trip! Location was perfect for a Broadway base camp, bunk beds were fun and practical, and we appreciated all the little extra touches like retractable wall hangers and moveable bunk ladder. Front desk was friendly and attentive. The cost, while still expensive, was very competitive for the location. We will definitely be back!

We had one of the queen rooms - very clean and comfortable. It was a bit smaller than expected - not a lot of room to move around, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room as there is a lot to do in the area. Could not hear the neighbors but could hear sounds from the hallway, though wasn't disruptive. If you're looking to spend more time in the room or stretch out a little maybe opt of a larger room. Staff was courteous and very helpful! Would stay again!

Tiny room, big fun

My kid really wanted to stay here, in a bunk bed. So we did. The room was the size of a closet, but that’s a feature not a bug. Each bed had its own TV (mine didn’t work but I didn’t really need it) and charging station. There is no fridge or coffee maker, so if you need them go somewhere else. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious tho. The hotel has a fun vibe and offers tours for guests.

Property had eerie, dim lit hallways that could make a female traveler feel anxious alone. Check in was easy, I showed my ID & Card and immediately received our room. The room was alright but very small with not much space & poor storage options. As for the property, it was clean but we were left feeling disappointed as we didn’t have our bed made 1 day & only had new towels. I also witnessed a front desk worker being extremely passive aggressive with a guy who was confused over a package. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the size of rooms & lack of amenities but this would be a great option for brief travels, new travelers or a couple looking to save money. You truly get what you pay for.
