It is a small space but very functional, with space for the desk and space to leave your suitcase and hang clothes. Bed was comfortable. I was surprised to see that my bed was made on my second day, and clean towels were provided. I am happy with the experience.

Tiny but mighty! If u don’t need a fancy huge room and just a simple bed, clean bathroom, view and bar, this is your go to. I needed a hotel for my son‘s graduation from NYU and everything in this area was $800 on averages night!!!! Piod39 was $500 less each night!!! Brilliant business model. Staff was incredible.

The room is tiny, but that was expected. The desk is fastened to the wall in such a way that it obstructs the power receptacles. but the worst thing was that every morning the area around the coffee service was very dirty. The garbage can was filthy, always filled, and constantly running out of the different creamers.
