The hotel is steps away from the subway station and Bryant Park. Staff are friendly and always ready to help, and the room felt cozy and comfortable. Plenty of dining and shopping options are nearby, all within a short walk. A great spot for an stress-free stay!

Weekend Stay

The room was very clean and we appreciated the Nespresso coffee in the room. The pillows were a bit too soft for our liking but overall the bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed having the water stations near the elevator. The only downside of our stay was that we had to request the sauna to be turned on twice before it actually worked. And even then, it took around 25mins for it to be at optimal temperature.

We’ve stayed here previously and had a good experience,great location opposite Bryant park,rooms are well appointed and very quiet (heard no neighbouring noises) only two lifts in the building means wait times when busy can be quite slow. We booked a premier high floor and mistakenly assumed this meant you would get a view of sorts but unfortunately despite requesting a room with a view we faced a building and two massive air con units on the top floor - thankfully we didn’t spend that much time in the hotel for it to be too irksome but a tad disappointing nonetheless . I had messaged ahead that it was my partner’s birthday during our stay but this wasn’t acknowledged which in other hotels a gesture of kinds was made. Shower seal was broken and leaked quite a lot but we remedied that with angling the shower head against the wall. Housekeeping staff great,reception and door men all really pleasant. A good experience all around but it could have been better.
