The Park Terrace Hotel is the perfect location being so near Broadway, walkable to Central Park and East side, and so close to the major subway lines. The hotel itself was very clean, staff helpful, beds comfortable, albeit with a small room (but comes with the territory of a New York City hotel) still plenty of space for the two of us to retreat after long days of exploration. Will forever be my go to for all future New York visits!

Good and bad together

We Liked the hotel,accept the disappointment was that high floor delux room that we where charged extra for was not realy on Highest floor and had no view at all,window of our room on 11 th floor was looking at the wall of some old dark brick building. I think extra charge for higher floor is a scam,at least in my experience. I woold probably stay here again but will be more careful picking the room.
