Overall stay was good. I did have problem with the AC in my room. It was almost 40 degrees Celsius in nyc and my AC was stuck at 29 degrees. Called multiple times without hearing back so I had to go down to the lobby to get a new room. New room was a bit smaller unfortunately but the AC worked. Room is clean and location is great. Elevator does take a little long.

This hotel is a good price for Times Square. But the property is poorly managed and in a state of disrepair. Two of the four elevators were inoperable for the majority of our 5 night stay and we resorted to using the stairs to get to and from our 9th floor room. The room is so small you can barely walk around the bed. There is one tiny, flimsy table in the room, and there is barely enough space to open one suitcase, much less two. When the suitcase was opened, you couldn't access the closet. That's how tiny the room was. The A/C was loud, and I think must have dirty filters because every morning I woke up terribly congested and sore throat. The bed and pillows were comfortable though. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The bathtub drained so slowly that I had to stand in water during the short showers. No washcloths were provided. No room amenities at all, no coffee or coffee maker. There was a hair dryer and steamer for clothes.

I didn’t like the initial scent when I walked into the hotel However ,The ambience was nice . I had an issue with my booking as I booked thru Expedia , when I brought it to the receptionist attention she was rude and dismissive , however the manager came and rectified the situation with the most pleasant personality . I would not stay at this hotel again

Broadway's Best.

One of my favorite stays in years. The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. The lobby is a sight to behold. Happy Hour 4-7 with $7 drinks. Will be my Broadway hotel from here on out.

The A/C did not work, and I had to sleep in extremely hot conditions given the weather. I hoped the hotel manager would provide a solution, but she failed to resolve the issue and did not offer to move me to another room. To make things worse, upon arrival, the room was dirty, with hair in the toilet and bathroom. Unfortunately, my stay was far from comfortable or satisfactory.

Dirty and needs serious updates and general work. Most walls have damage and flaking. The bathroom tiles have mold in the caulking. The water pressure is inadequate and the temperature never reaches an average heat. There was trash in my room when I check in —a condom wrapper and plastics. The bed had stained linens and didn’t appear very clean. The mattress was extremely soft and saggy.

Overnight viisit to NYC for Jimmys Awards

Great location for our event- AC worked well/ *there was construction outside hotel LOUD- Air Horns+middle of the night/early am poor sleep. Only BAD thing- only 2 elevators worked- there was literal elevator traffic EVERY time - packed elevators - and checking out- waited over 15 mins finally called security to let us down a svc elevator! Staff shouldve been aware and help people use alt elevator- it was awful time waste!

4th floor room in front of the hotel. There is major construction across the street with cement trucks and night construction. VERY loud and will be this way for some time as they are just starting on the foundation. Request back of hotel.
