The Paramount is a nice hotel. The lobby area was beautiful. Customer service was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was nice too.

The hotel is very simple and old, the bathroom is all old and doesn't work well, the bathtub and sink are bad, the room is very cramped and doesn't even have a simple minibar, there are no bedside tables or a decent table, there is a small shelf between the beds that barely fits 2 cellphones, a small work table that you can barely open a backpack on, and there are works going on on the facade, at 7 in the morning it starts making a lot of noise and we can't even rest, the air is either very cold or not very cold and it's terrible.

Paramount hotel was advertised incredibly and when i stepped in the room the door was broken so it slammed insanely hard and would leave "drywall" crumbs everytime. I had used the A/C / Fan as it was hot this week (20th-26th) and it didnt work the entirety of the stay. I spoke with front desk 2 separate days and they said "it is fixed im not sure what else you want. .... if it was fixed and working would we have this conversation? I want the fan fixed. Lastly the toilet would flush and then during the "refill" ... fecal water... yes fecal water would "drip/leak" onto the seat and down the bowl... overall this stay was horrible and for the rate i was charged was the seal. 2400$... please do better Paramount. Hope to hear from management soonly.

Overall great stay. Short walk to broadway. Tons of food options around. Pizza Nextdoor. Small hiccup with the AC. They quickly moved us to the room next door. Great, friendly staff.

Couple mini vacation. We were going to see a broadway play. Hotel location was great. The staff were outstanding. The 1st night the AC did not work. Had to change Rooms. 2nd room had a leaky bathroom faucet. And the electrical outlets with loose plugs. Your plugs would fall out. Very small rooms. No electrical outlets on the window side of the room

Lobby reeks of smoke. Five elevators in varying degrees of operation. No amenities whatsoever, not even a table in the room; peeling paint in the bathroom; small cheap metal shelves in the bathroom, one of which was broken; leaking toilet or sink, not sure which; the room safe was faulty and had to be replaced. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The place is aweful. The only good things are the location and the bar. Noisy as heck. Tiny rooms. Old bathrooms with a weird metal sink. Looks like jail. No room service at all. Not even water.A constant smell of weed. For that price u can go to the hilton and get a way better experience.

Veryyyy old, no conditioner or lotions in bathroom, water was barely a trickle out of the shower. The air conditioning was SO LOUD but wouldn’t get below 74. Easy location and the staff was nice but the hotel itself is not nice.

Addordable but wait for construction to end
Good location, hip stylish lobby and hallways, clean minimalist rooms. But the building is under scaffolding and having its facade repointed. Air chisels and masonry saws right outside my window at 8am. The hotel should give advance notice rather than letting guests find out about the construction upon arrival.
