Sure, the rooms are pretty small, but for the convenience and Maria at the front desk (simply awesome). It was worth it. Would definitely consider it for another trip to New York.

Rooms pretty old, nothing at all special. Hallways and elevators were TINY. That all said, we had a comfortable night. Their policy of paying additional service fee at check-in on top of main price and fees/taxes is outrageous. Practice of not guaranteeing room requested and soliciting multiple times for us to pay for an upgrade was also shameful. Staff were most excellent however.

Comfortable but noisy and small

Very comfortable, excellent location, great price. The only issues were the street noise (not really the hotel's fault, but something to consider if you plan to stay here) and the extremely creaky beds. The beds were comfortable to sleep on, and the squeaking didn't bother our sleep, but it was very noticeable and frequent. The bathroom and closet were big enough to make the space comfortable for three adults, but the actual room was quite tiny.

They need an elevator just for staff - the staff holds up the elevator when they are cleaning. Didn’t have hot water a couple of days - other days it took 5-10 minutes to get hot water. Does any hotel in NYC believe in putting chairs in a room?

Location, Location, Location!

Amazing location, just steps away from center of Times Square and the Broadway theatres. The room was small, but clean and comfortable... can't beat the price especially for this location. Will stay here again without hesitation. ❤️

Overnight stay at OYO

The location is pretty noisy. I had a street facing room and there was loud noise until around 2 AM on Saturday. Re: the room, shades were offline, floor had soft spots, phone was offline. I requested a few times for someone to fix the blinds. The engineer came to fix leaking sink and didn't service the blinds. This was my first time staying in the Theater district and probably the last due to noise. Staff was nice but stretched thin.

It was a great little place, not high-end, but I didn't expect it to be. It was a great place to sleep and shower while we played in NYC! Being just steps from Times Square was great.

Don't trust the pictures.

Hotel is much shabbier than the photographs. It felt like we were in a very old apartment building. Elevators SUPER tiny and overall disappointing.
