The room were so quiet! We loved the common area. One night the elevator broke and we had to climb 7 flights or stand out in the winter cold until they were fixed. Also, the destination fee was a real disappointment but the facility itself, and the location, were wonderful.

I’ve stayed near Times Square a lot and this is hands down my favorite hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were good, the elevators were fast and not overcrowded and the rooms were just wanted you needed. Special thanks to Victor and the other staff at the bar/lounge. They were fantastic!!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Didn't like having to take 2 elevators to the room and there was often a line. Unfortunately it was spring break so there were huge groups of kids jamming up the elevators each time we needed to use them. Room was clean and nicely set up. Especially liked the good amount of counter space in bathroom for all our toiletries. Shower was decent and hot water arrived immediately. Breakfast in hotel was expensive and food wasn't very good.

When you walk in on the basement level, you don’t realize that you are coming in to where the bellhops are. They somewhat rudely instructed us to go up a level to the main lobby. Though helpful, they aren’t the most friendly and inviting. The staff at the check-in desks were very kind and accommodating. One frustration I do have about the hotel is that every time we went to leave we had to go down an elevator and there’s only two sets of elevators so there were a lot of people waiting every time we went to go somewhere

Perfect Hotel for our weekend visit in NYC. Great location. We went to the Kit Kat club and the hotel is in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
