I'm coming back here every time I come to New York
It was a very customer service oriented hotel with a friendly staff !! Very clean and nice rooms ! Beautiful property , great food and right in Times Square . I could not of been happier and I think a place to stay now when I come visit my nephew . They did a great job for me and it's a beautiful hotel on top of quality service and I'm hard to impress . I'm hard on hotels and hard to get a good review out of me ! Great job to the marquis !

It was close and walking distance to the Broadway district, Radio City and shopping but the hotel was crowded and very minimal no water in the room, noisy and the towels were thin. The restaurants were ok we ate at other restaurants. It was good for families with kids.

The battery to the card reader to my room died. Had to stand in the hallway until security came by to change batteries and open the room. My stay was in December and they said the batteries were last installed in August. Maintenance should have better upkeep procedures. Vomit and candy in smeared in the elevators. Ive stayed at serveral Marriotts and this has been my worst experience.

The staff were very helpful and kind, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great location in the center of Times Square. We had room service to use the $40 resort fee if you dont use it you lose it as they told us. The food was ok but pricey we got pizzas for kids and breakfast one morning -on booking we assumed breakfast was included its not an over sight on our part. Overall a lovely hotel with helpful staff.

We had a great view of Times Square and all the biggest and best theaters surrounding us. Several attractions like Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, the Empire State Building are walkable. Food options at the hotel, just outside the hotel and nearby meet every possible palette. The staff was very friendly and we felt very safe. We loved our stay. Would highly recommend the Marriott Marquis Times Square!
