Very convenient location!

We love the location of the hotel off of the highway, as well as in relation to Times Square, Broadway and Central Park. The valet parking made life so much easier, so no need to wrestle with finding parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience of the restaurants in the lobby made grabbing a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning very convenient.

Central to everything, the best part is that the staff is super friendly and helpful. We forgot our toothpaste, called and it was up without 10 minutes. The bar in the lobby is really lively and drinks are delicious!

We had a great one night girls getaway to NYC! Our room was clean and quiet on the 43rd floor. Service was impeccable - shout out to the security team who helped me safely store breast milk in the freezer! You made mamas first night away from baby much more comfortable.

The room was properly heated for winter but shabby. The leather on the head board was peeling, the bathroom shower had bad caulking. The quality of the NY Hilton has greatly degraded.

We were coming into the city for a special trip to the American Girl store. The Hilton was a perfect location! Close to many dining options, easy to navigate to and from Grand Central. The staff was helpful and kind.

It was a nice stay, they gave me a room I didn’t request, I wanted a better view and they gave me the rooftop of the side building. But it’s very convenient for the money and it wasn’t that bad after all. Now what they have inside the hotel was impressive restaurants and small gift shop, cute. They do need to upgrade their TV’s.
