I didn’t appreciate the extra $30 fee charged for bottled water and cookies. And for stuff I didn’t want. Bait and switch. The hotel ended up costing $75 more than was advertised.

Very convenient close to Times square less than a 5 minute walk. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Room selection was a little bit smaller than I expected. Would say great for couples. I rented a room for 3 people including me and my boyfriend and his cousin. The way the shower and bathroom were located in the room did not give us much privacy.

Very new nice hotel. On Times Square…doesn’t get any better than this. It was just me and my husband so the room was great. Could look outside at the festivities going on. Very quiet.

Best place to stay in NYC. This hotel offers such convenience to Times Sq staff were incredibly helpful the service excellent extremely clean and great value for money. Stayed 10 nights certainly will go back.

The location is ideal and the design use of space is great. If you don't like small nest spaces it's not for you. I liked it. Having a bar and a restaurant onsite is convenient.

We love the room and the location. We wished that there was more privacy in the room, a curtain to separate the bathroom from the bed would have been nice. It was hard to take a shower when your teenage son is in the room with you.

Teeny room (as expected) was clean, well arranged, and quiet. Perfect location for Broadway shows. Nice lobby seating area. Felt secure. Great for a solo traveller.

It right by Time Square which is great and bad depending on how you want to take it. Definitely more homeless people in the area from the past.

Room size is small, just to sleep. if one is planning to work from hotel during bad weather, this is not the ideal place. No complementary Coffee or Water. Have to pay for everything. Closet us just above the hand wash which is pretty bad idea if one is planning to hang cloths next to it. Definitely planning to stay in future. The only food thing bout it is near the TimesSquare
