Overall nice hotel in a convenient location, about a 10 minutes walk to grand central and good restaurants in the area. The staff were kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and a good size but could be updated. The view from the room was incredible!

Gorgeous hotel! Staff was not very friendly or helpful, but we didn't need much support from them anyhow. The view from the room was incredible and we didn't want to leave it! The area around the hotel was dead/quiet but I'd bet it's more bustling during the rest of the year (we were here around the holidays). Not many late night eating/drinking options close by.

Imposed extra Charge

There was a charge per room per day of 35us.... but if We con sume it in their premises it was deducted from the daily charge... nobody told us about that, did not like that imposition. No room service provided. Room did not seem well taken cared of, wallpapers where falling off.

The waiter at the Ambassador Grill restaurant was exceptionally nice. Would have preferred if the room was ready earlier than 4pm check-in as often happens in many hotels. Only 1 robe in the closet, instead of 2 (which we found odd) Wonderful views in the corner room
