Book it do not wait!

This hotel has the potential of becoming a 5 star hotel if it keeps up its cleanliness, friendliness and maintain the building. The set up is very minimalistic, spacious and well designed which is hard to find hard to find in nyc! It’s great for a staycations, or a getaway for you and your friends and family. It also has a laundromat in the front of the hotel for in case you are spending more than 3 days. And if that’s not enough already the parking is free! So the overall rating is a 10/10

The hotel was a bit cold and the sheets were a little oddly starched (?). Other than that, things were pretty clear and well maintained. Parking on-site was nice, but not guaranteed as it's for the adjacent coin laundry as well.
