Be aware of there marketing plan if you get a room for four person in palace area rooms are cheaper than tower so when you get there the room is super small as a matter of fact if you are a party of four get a big room in tower section.

Lobby and lounge area are amazing, Location is great Hotel team is kind and helpful Rooms are really old and need renovation Daily rates are more than $500 But you need to pay extra for basic things like Daily internet, coffe machine in the room and coffee capsules refill. Very convenient. Central to everything. We stayed in the tower which is really just the upper floors from 45to 55 and they're a little bigger but the other rooms and floors I'm sure are fine too

I was in town for my aunt's funeral. I flew in early enough to prepare for the funeral which was held in Brooklyn. I was afforded early check in which was perfect and I am so thankful that the staff was intuitive enough not to add any stress to an already very stressful situation. The hotel is beautiful and I look forward to staying there again when I'm in the city.
