TV did not work at all for 3 day stay Told every day they would fix but never did Daytime desk lady was rude when I ask her to please see if they could fix Nighttime desk man was very helpful and apologetic

good but bring earplugs

The service and the location were great. Everything was clean, and the room had a good shower. My only complaint is how noisy the room was. The windows didn't stop any of the street noise, and the radiator was so noisy every time it went off.

We loved our stay at the Life Hotel. The staff was very friendly, and helpful at every turn. Our room was a wonderful surprise- better than pictured. It was very spacious. Modern, clean, quiet and homey. The king bed was incredible! And the bathroom was so large we felt like we were staying in a luxury suite. We would highly recommend this property and will return. It was exceptional!!!

Amazing location, friendly staff, and very spacious rooms! I stayed here with my 2 teen daughters. We loved it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something in midtown.

The lobby area was very comfortable, shabby chic & the hotel front desk were wonderful! The staff at the bakery was not super efficient or very customer oriented. It may have been a language barrier but either was just not as friendly as all other staff encounters which is a shame because that cafe would likely be more profitable and welcoming. The gym was small but worked & some great history with this place. Our room was terrific & great size.

I like that it had a restaurant open until 4 but it wasnt open yet. I did not care for the cement flooring but it was okay and would not be a detriment. I liked that the staff was so friendly.

Great location. Nice size room. Great staff. If you are a light sleeper this may not be your stay. Gets lots of street noise. But I am not a light sleeper so it did not bother me.
