We arrived too early at New York Airport. Usually check-in is in the afternoon but when I asked for check-in at 8 a.m., the staff was very friendly and helpful, so I was able to check-in early. And the breakfast was free and the menu and taste were great. It was very kind. I recommend it to travelers, too. I'm sure you remember a pleasant New York. Thank you, staff~

small but very clean. Free breakfast but there are good deli/cafe/restaurants for breakfast if you choose so. They arrange a shuttle service to the airport ($75) but if you use a taxi, its around $50 plus tip

Where to start,ok checking in was ok not to long to wait. We were on the 20th floor out of 50. Had a decent view of downtown NY. The room was compact had a small wardrobe with 8 hangers in, no other places to put clothes, so had to live out of a suitcase. The kettle thing didn't work had to get that changed, we had a tap tha swivelled around as did the toilet roll holder. Breakfast was a joke, don't pay, took ages to get lift down, once at breakfast it was a massive free for all. Plastic plates and cutlery, dirty chairs and tables, that's if you are lucky to find one. Went once, food average to poor depending on what you want. The Placery/bar was hot and dirty, went for happy hour, got kicked out for a private function at 5 not good. Overall choose a different smaller hotel.

Good location in Chelsea. Rooms are very small which is expected in the city. One night they forgot to give me towels. Breakfast is included but it wasn’t tasty so we ate breakfast elsewhere. Don’t even try to get an elevator in the morning. The wait can be 30 mins so we walked down 20 flights. It was an ok stay, we probably will stay somewhere else when we’re back.

In the heart of Chelsea. Easy access to subways. 15 minute walk to the village or Times Square. Like most NYC hotel rooms, these are on the smaller side. Broom size closet only, no drawers for clothes etc. so you’re living out of your suit case. Comfortable bed. Staff here was great. Julian at front desk; excellent. Nice little gym to work out in. Second floor bar was nice. The place was hopping late afternoon/ early evening. During rush hours, give yourself extra time on elevator.
