The staff was wonderful from the front desk to housekeeping. However, housekeeping on our floor left a rolling cage of towels in the way to get to our room for five days straight and the hallways are small. The door to the stairway was next to us and every time someone used it, our entire room was shaken with a loud slam which would happen often throughout the day and early evening. This is a wonderfully located property, hopefully guests on other floors didn't have the same issue.

Loved everything about this hotel, very clean and good breakfast. But the room is on the smaller size, especially for 4 people. Only one small armoir and no room at all for laying a suitcase. Elevator can be slow during 'peak' hours, ie. breakfast and check out time

The staff was really attentive, the hotel was clean. I did not like that even though breakfast was still supposed to be served for 40 more min, they stopped cooking food. Whatever was out was out and they didn’t care that they ran out. They even ran out of coffee and chose not to make more.

All was good except the elevators. Took a long time to arrive. One time a hotel employee was in one with a large cart. There appeared to be room for a passenger, but he didn’t make room for us to enter.
