The hotel is the perfect location. For hotels that included breakfast this is the best i have seen. Real glasses and coffee mugs, not plastic, lots of choices for breakfast daily. Most others have restrictions on what you can have. Clean as well.

An excellent location in Midtown Manhattan. Close to absolutely everything. The shops, dining, subway and other public transport, are all within a range if 100m to 400m away. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful in providing directions and provide shuttle service options.

Perfect for the first timer to NYC

Magnificent location for those new to New York close to Times Square, Empire State Madison Square Gardens to name a few. all the rest of the must see places are only minits away with a large subway station that has most of the lines running through it.

Location, quiet up high, and clean!

Long weekend stay with my husband and two kids, 15 and 11. Priorities for our stay were: quiet, clean, king beds, high floor rooms. This hotel has no frills (other than breakfast), lobby is small but serviceable, only two elevators means you might wait a little bit for a ride up or downs and rooms are spartan, but it hit all the right notes for our needs. Midtown location was excellent. We spent the majority of our trip below 36th, but liked the walkability to Bryant Park, Rockefeller and the very brief time we spent in Times Square. High floors are key in NYC hotels. I would not go lower than the 20th floor on a “quieter” block like the one this hotel is on. We had two rooms one the 21st and 24th floors, respectively. Staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were ready early, and checkout is at noon instead of 10 am like other properties I considered. Felt like a good value for the money.

The breakfast was great!!! In all the aspects. I LOVED the room. It was perfect for us. We walked everywhere and everything is near. The only thing I would change is that we wanted to see netflix at night and the tv only works with some channels, not a smart tv. But is not big deal…
