Not a very modern hotel but great location and well maintained, clean, quiet and excellent staff. We stayed 3 nights and upgraded our ‘high floor’ room to a ‘times square view suite’ upon arrival, based on a promotion offered by the staff at check in. This suite had a separate living room and nice large bathroom with tub and great shower pressure. We ordered breakfast every morning (3 times), it was ok and was delivered in less than 15 mins each day. Can’t beat the location if you wanna be close to Times Square!

Great location, easily walkable to a ton of attractions and theaters. Irish Pub next door was an easy, family friendly place for dinner. Would recommend all around. The bar on the 54th floor was a fantastic bonus.

Good staff, clean, very central for NYC. I did not like the extra scam destination fee. $40 a day is a little much. The options they “give” you for your $40 is not worth it and just another ploy to take more money. We will not stay here again. Look for more options to stay
