Two stars purely because the lady checking me in was super nice. Place itself is rundown, seems to have some people living there regularly who are not quiet to say the least. Next time I will eat the additional 70-100 bucks and stay elsewhere.

We waited in the rain for the shuttle and no one answered the phone at hotel for 10 minutes to request the shuttle. No schedule given for morning shuttle so we missed it back to airport and had to pay for an Uber. I recommend that they post the schedule. No internet code given at check in. TV did not work. Old and run down property. Amazing Indian food across the street.

Run down hotel

Difficult to call for shuttle from airport. Difficult to get in shuttle They did not have a stepstool to use. They gave us a key to an all ready occupied room and had to.return to check in desk. An elevator was not working and had to use steep steps . Room had no cups in bathroom. Only 2 paper coffee cups to use. . Blinds. were broken. No hangers in closet. Very noisy room for traffic and door closings in hallway. Television did not work well This was the worst hogtel we have stayed in and it cost us $177! Unfortunately we have a reservation for March 13 when we retun from our Europe trip.

First they room don’t look like the website. Bed was made well, tv was broken, night table broken, closet broken, bathroom light was broken too. In top of that the lady in the front desk told me that is something broken they going to charge. Deposit for NY is 100 and parking $25. Look like shelter.

The description is incorrect with regards to parking. The parking is not free. I had to find parking on the street. The room was terrible and not clean a tissue was stuck inside of the peep hole on the door. The customer service was terrible the she was very rude about the parking and stated they tried to change it o line and it wouldnt change. Overall not a good experience and not a good hotel.

Just not a pleasant neighborhood. Quality inn itself is dated, smelled pretty bad, felt unclean. It's pretty much a motel.

This property is in need of some updating. The toliet seat was cracked and ceiling was peeling. There was lots of noise in hallway. Airport shuttle is not to terminal but to the AirTrain.

It was advertised that parking would be free but we were charged $25 for each vehicle, there were fights, loud banging of doors, very unsafe as the parties became aggressive. This was around 2am so we were all up fearing the outcome. There was no tea nor hot water. The property is just poorly managed as the staff blames management for everything

Receptionist was nice and helpful. I wanted to know where can I get food and she gave me some great recommendations. The only downfall is the walls are paper thin, there was a couple arguing and I heard the whole argument at 1:30a. They have a great selection of breakfast in the morning, which was actually surprising. Parking was not bad, was able to park across the street and didn’t get a ticket. Rooms are small, but it’s ok if you’re only there for a day and that translates into only a couple hours to sleep. Very close to airport which I needed to be at by 11a, left hotel at 9:50a and was there by 10a. Will come back if necessary.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Feb 2025. I had a mistake in my booking that ended up charging me two nights instead of one, yet was never able to reach the manager of the hotel to address it. While the staff at the front desk were friendly, the manager was completely unresponsive to phone, email, or any other attempt at communication from Expedia. While the bathroom of my hotel room was clean, my bed had hair in it. The hotel does offer free transportation to and from JFK airport, and my driver was friendly. I hate to leave a bad review for the hotel given how nice the on-the-ground staff were, but I was extremely disappointed by my stay and regret choosing this hotel for my one-night layover at JFK.
