Awful

Multiple room keys didn’t work. Smelled like a Chinese Restaurant and an awful area. I finally decided not to even stay and checked into a ‘real’ hotel.

It’s good enough to stay overnight. Not for someone who has a lot of luggages or for family with strollers or for handicap. They don’t have elevator so you’ll have to carry everything down the steps and up again. The hotel is underground.

The hotel sold our rooms, and than gave us smaller rooms. Several people had to sleep on the floor. It seemed very dishonest.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. That was about all. The hotel was dirty. My room has a bathroom mirror that was cracked from top to bottom. There was very little at breakfast. The breakfast area is tiny with seating close together that it was hard to walk around to get food or to your seat without bumping into others. The waffle machine handles kept coming loose and wouldn't close the lid all the way, so the waffle batter would spoil into the counter top. Then the staff would look at you annoyingly because it happened. The staff members weren't pleasant and often have very short answers to questions or rudely answered you if you asked questions. Will not be staying at this or any other Quality Inn anymore.

The hotel smell of mole .. with a lot of fabulouso to cover the smell ... the windows in the room didn't completely close..... refrigerator didn't get cold ..... no elevator at the entrance.. had to carry heavy suitcases up and down the stairs ...., door to the room didn't close properly... room key didn't work....

Great service! At first I had the wrong phone number for the shuttle but once I got in touch with the hotel they picked me up in no time and service was great. The receptionist was amazing and super helpful. She printed something for me and went above and beyond. Would come again

Our party of 3 have mobility issues. Having to walk down a full flight of stairs with luggage just to reach the elevator and then carrying the luggage up the stairs the next day put all of us in a great amount of pain that day and for a few days after. The amount of essential oils used to cover musty smells is insane and caused breathing difficulties for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, there were no other hotels nearby that we could have gone to instead. The bathroom was so sketchy that we didn't even shower

Check in woman was efficient and charming. Check out girl spoke no english. None of the staff spoke english. It was clean, but old, except for the bathroom which appeared to be recently remodled. Our room was too close to breakfast area and the waffle maker was loud. No breakfast except coffee and waffles, I took the last two butters. This was 7:00 am. Driver was quick and efficient getting us from the airport. The bed was comfortable. Could not turn TV down only up.
