Staff was excellent property showing signs of wear but it's NYC everything shows wear.

Their fridges are empty. They say they can provide some stuff upon request but I don’t think is a big deal nowadays for a hotel especially in NYC to have the basics like a bottle of water for welcoming clients.

The property is on a quiet street which is nice. Everything else is a 3.5 to 4 star experience at best.
