Couldn’t be better located for theater theatre interests. Easy connections to bus or subway. Superior breakfast buffet compared to domestic chains but be prepared for a brief wait a peak hours. Heard a lot about room key issues and elevators but we had no difficulties. We would absolutely stay again.

The staff at the buffet breakfast was exceptionally excellent in all respects. The room was not to my liking. The bathroom design was horrible. Translucent walls? A barn door that doesn’t shut tight or lock. If we were a couple it would be ok. I was traveling with my 17 year old grandson. Not a good design. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

I don't understand what the resort fees went for. Long lines for breakfast. They give you two bottles of water at check-in but don't give you more if you're staying there for several days. Shouldn't the resort fee go towards that sort of thing? No ice machines or bottle refill stations.

Was a nice hotel, near to the theater we came to town for, with decent restaurants nearby. Room was spacious by NYC standards. Very clean.
