When I arrived there were 8 cops arresting someone for prostitution and drug dealing. The area where the hotel is very unsafe and the front desk staff told me to stay inside and use Uber eats for food. I’m glad I listened! The rooms have no phones and my first room didn’t lock so I needed to switch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing nice about this place it is infested with roachs. That fall from the ceiling. Time time I was there All I did was kill roaches had to leave my stuff in my car because I didn't want roaches comimg home with me. The room wasn't cleaned wasnt giving any clean towel or toliet tissue. In the 3 nights we were there. Mini fridge was leaking water all of the floor. This place is what you call a dump!!¡!!!!!!!!!!

Most doors in the first floor do not have pneumatics on the doors, lots of door noises well into the night. No beg bugs, but several other live athropods oberserved within the room upon entering.

The staff are assuming you are a shelter resident when you back at this hotel the staff members are stealing your things breaking things in room to have a reason to go in room such as lights I checked in 8:30pm aug 10 2024 I left out immediately came back 3 AM My bags was rummage through Ask the clerk at the front desk can I speak to the manager? She told me no I called on the phone when I got home she hung up on me. These people are not nice. Whoever the property manager is you need to fire all your staff they are stealing from residence that is staying at your hotel. We were not in the shelter. We were guest. We paid money to be robbed by your hotel staff.
