Dangerous encounter

It was Dark and dirty . Had a guy started ranting on me for just being a resident . Everything in the app about place is all false. The place was a total dirt . Location was a dangerous part of Jamaica . I only went in to the room and see how it was , it took me only 5mins before i returned the key. My $167 plus payment went all to the toilet since it was non refundable and i blame hotels.com for not knowing how and what the place is that you are advertising on your website . You put the person who patronizes your website. Thats why i booked another hotel and ended up in John Hotel. I did not even confronted front desk for fear of my life and my property . This is the 2nd time that it happened to me using your website. You should know the product you guys are promoting . Every weekend ill be staying on different hotels if you notice and so far it was the worst place in history

Not deserve to be a hotel nooo.Room and everywhere in the building smells cigarette and other type of smoking. Noises morning,evening, specially at night. Terrible. I hope Never ever do that Experiences again. Im a member of expedia so many years. Working for the Union traveling all states. My first complaint

Everything was ok, it was fair for the price I paid... No they dont have free breakfast in the morning... Bring or buy your own towels as I did bc their are stained, better blanket they could have I didnt use blanket at all... Heater works hella good since I came while still cold...
