The room was filthy. I had to ask the To change the dirty sheets and torn and dirty towels. There was a paint can under the leaking bathroom sink; there were cockroaches in the bathroom and refrigerator. The ice maker was broken; buns smoking weed in the hallway, and let not talk about the constant door slamming where me and my husband could not get one good night of sleep!!!

The property was ok, it's the inside room facilities was a problem. There's no connected phone inside, the bathroom leaks whenever it flushes, there was no towels provided except the small hand one and the floor one and also the bed base was made of metal pan, which keeps making a loud sound when you sat in the bed.

The property was disgusting my girlfriend denied me sex because of how dirty it was. Stains on the bed , smells like cigarettes and weed in a non smoking room. We had to checked out in less than 2 hours

It was so so. Only things is I told the receptionist to change rooms because the wall tv had a crack. It was not functioning. She sent someone to confirm the condition but nothing was done. Me and my man were to tired to go argue the switch of rooms.

Hotel was very disgusting. There was ROACHES in our room, coffee stains on our curtains, also blood on our curtains. The bathroom floor was peeling when brought to front desk attention they offered to move my room. I told them that I would rather just get my money back. They insisted on showing me a room and that they would still refund the money to me. They did not give me Refund so I was forced to stay at the hotel. Also very disappointed in Expedia as well because I also contacted them and they would not issue me a refund either because the hotel didn’t want to give the money. While staying there a lady was screaming I heard her through my door so I went out to see she was screaming about, saying that someone broke into her room while she was in there and asked for a lock to be put on her door and also to see camera footage and the front desk lady started arguing with her and told her that’s not possible and she would not check the cameras. The walls are also very thin in the next room I heard a couple fighting, and the lady was screaming for help. No one went and checked on her or helped her. The man was literally fighting her in the hallways and no one there did anything. Also, I stayed there for five days and it was such a hassle to get towels and rags We had to keep asking multiple times. They did not clean the room at all the whole five days. 0/10 do not recommend this hotel. again, it was very disgusting. I also took pictures of everything!!
