Unclean rooms, poor service
Immensely disappointed. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The room was not clean to the point of being unhygienic. We found a large dead cockroach in the bathroom. Also, it is advertised as an "airport hotel", but don't be fooled - the car ride back to the airport cost more than $60. We suggest staying in a better hotel closer to the city

Overall it’s decent and it’s cheaper than most of the hotels. Although it’s far from anywhere but at least it’s in front of the subway station.

Not worth the price.
The hotel is NOT close to the airport. The Uber fare was $40 each way. The hotel lobby and elevator have a strong cigarette smoke odor. When l got off the elevator the room immediately to the right of the door, room 116 was playing explicit music at a loud level at 1:30 AM on a Sunday night/Monday morning. The room is nice but the experience getting to the room makes the hotel less than favorable. Would not recommend to an enemy.

This property is in terrible terrible condition. The floor was nasty. The walls were nasty. The room didn't have a remote to the TV. I wouldn't stay there again unless the world was ending. The staff was nice but damn the walls were all tore up and it just felt dingy and nasty.

The place could be very nice if the upkeep and no smoking was kept up . No ice machine and vending machine didn’t work . Very strong smoking smell throughout the hotel upon entrance

I paid for cancelation Insurance. Was later informed i would not be allowed to cancel my reservation because the alloted time was exceeded. I book the room because my flight was delayed. Luckily I was able to pick up a different flight in the same evening. Unfortunately, expedia needs to be more transparent with its cancelation policies. Sadly I am now rating the hotel and not expedia itself.
