The pictures displayed online are of a different property, there were roaches in this property, gave me a room where the door doesn’t close, then called maintenance because they didn’t want to switch my room then he came up slammed the door 3 times so I told them I’m not staying in that room. They switched the room and the next one safety latch was swinging from the door. I was fed up at that point from my travels. Staff very rude, in all fairness this is a scam because there are no rooms in the property that is as shown on pictures, not one detail is the same. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Place seems like a place where drug dealers and hookers hang out.

The property is low cost, it convenient and that is what one should really expect. The TV did not work, no parking, the hot water did not work, the air vents were dirty. The surroundings smelled like urine and there were unsavory looking characters that look like they peddle drugs. There was poor customer service, there was a language barrier.

A room with fair size. Relatively clean. Price was reasonable for ny. Close to subway A rhat gets to jfk. Yet the sink was cracked ,the door latch was missing.

I’m sorry , but from the beginning things didn’t go as plan with the initial exchange as the person in charge front desk was rude and have me wait for 20 min. While she was on the phone trying to help someone else , I ask about parking which she said not available I stayed 3 nights and did not get my room checked or clean any of those days not even clean towels , as I did ask the last night I stayed, and did get them right away but does not change the fact of the staff no caring to clean or even ask

I could not reach the hotel the morning of the day I was to check in; I wanted to request early check-in. I contacted Expedia and they couldn’t reach the hotel either. The phone calls would not go through. I used another service and found a nearby Hilton Garden Inn. While trying to reach Mint, find it’s phone (which no one answered) I saw reviews which suggested it was a poor choice for any stay.

Constant weed smoking by other guests. Parking was really hard. Had a hole in the wall in our room. Had to call for a light bulb for lamp by bed, the ice machine was not well maintained
