excellent hotel, clean, neat, small but very cozy. For me the location is important, the price and quality match, as well as the ability to open the window (I sleep with the window open). What I didn't like is that when checking out on a late flight from New York, the luggage storage works until 6 pm, but you have to pick up your luggage before 5:30 pm. This is very inconvenient, because after that we had to walk with our suitcases and arrive at the airport earlier

Everything was great but our room really had hardly any drawers to put clothes in. And we had a problem with a shower and sink. Shower was to hot and sink had no hot water. Wasn’t bad enough to complain though.

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff

First arrived and greeted so friendly. Our room had a cigarette smell and they were so nice to let us get a different room. The housekeeping staff was great. The location was so close to so many things. Highly recommend.

Nice Hotel. Close to Times Square and Metro station. Staff very friendly and professional. Rooms clean and are typical size for NYC hotels, but had enough space for myself and daughter. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others

We picked this property due to the pictures and the location. It’s definitely not the cheapest place to staff but it was our anniversary, so we splurged a little. Anyways, at check in I found out there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Once in the room we found there was no hot water for us to take showers or wash our hands. We called and they said it was out in the entire hotel. This continued for most of our stay. The staff was unhelpful and eventually stopped answering the phone. We had to check out early due to them not having hot water. This was truly our worst experience with the hotel. But a good thing was the lobby smelled nice.

Clean and Great Location

Stayed here for a couple nights to see a show at Radio City. The location was great, it's less than a 10 min walk from Radio City which was perfect for us! We like walking and exploring the city. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very professional, helpful & friendly. Fastest check-in process I've ever gone through which I really appreciated after a 4 and a half hour road trip! Rates were excellent, all things considered. We paid for parling in the garage next door, cost us $120 for 3 days. The hotel does charge a resort fee, but you get a couple free drink tickets to the restaurant & bar next door which is nice! The lobby smells absolutely amazing, like sandalwood. Only negative about this location is the elevators, they are tiny and can only fit 2-3 people max. This was kind of annoying during check-out when everyone is trying to get downstairs with their luggage. You will have to wait a while for an elevator, but other than this we loved this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to rebook here for our next NYC trip!
