As mentioned there’s limited parking. Overall very clean and friendly place. Enjoyed the blue theme. Felt safe wouldn’t mind coming back and staying with them again.

When we first got our room something was wrong with the electrical part and a lady came to help and when she couldn’t figure it out she said she has rooms to clean and to keep trying. The manager then moved our room. The next room we got in had fine electric, however, the blinds were broken and off track. The toilet clogged up twice, our room phone didn’t work and the coffee machine was not only filthy but it also didn’t work! This was a birthday getaway so I’m very upset with how this went and regret getting this room. And it was supposed to be some Signature Collection Deluxe King Terrace. Very disappointing. The saddest thing is we stayed in a basic room a few days earlier and had no complaints. Then I go to complain today as I’m checking out and the man is basically shooing me off because I booked with a 3rd party (exploria) he told me there was no one I can speak to and that I need to take it up with Expedia. So with that being said this may be my last time booking with that Hotel.

Upon arrival, several maintenance issues were noted: the shower handle was loose to the point of falling off, the stand-up shower had standing water, and the bedside light was flickering. Staff brought a blow dryer bag to cover the light, citing no other rooms were available. Additionally, the TV remote was difficult to use for changing channels. There was also an incident where security entered the room in error, thinking it was vacant. This place was overpriced. We weren’t even offered a discount.
