The worst Hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room we checked into was dirty and several features of the room were broken (deadbolt, toilet flush, toilet paper holder, etc). Walls were paper thin and you can hear your neighbours every sound. Staff were unaccommodating and unhelpful.

This place is the worse, did not feel safe at all, room entrance door looks like someone was trying to pry it open, old bed, old furniture wasn’t worth my money at all. I would never stay there ever again.

Close to Yankee Stadium but who cares. Paper thin walls , locks missing on doors, smells like weed in the room very bad from people baking out their rooms or something, sheets and a comforter with no blanket. You get a cheap stay but spend the extra $$$ trust me. Booked 2 nights stayed 1 and left to get another hotel first thing in the AM. Pretty sure they are “Housing” immigrants.

Hotel that rents rooms by the hour! Paper thin walls so you can hear that activity. Wake up to police in lobby. No maid service entire stay.Also advertises as Henny hotel. Avoid at all costs!

All the staff was excellent, except for a girl who was at the reception desk during the morning shift. She is a person who does not know how to serve customers, but there was a boy at night who was very kind and helped me with my stay.

My stay was perfect for my short trip, 6 min walk to the subway and 20 mins away from the city. I would leave early and come home Late so just slept and showered. The area is a bit rough so I would just be aware of your surroundings when waking to the subway but I’m from SFO so if you know you know

good attention from the receptionist but I would like them to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, I am not a smoker so the smell of marijuana makes my head hurt, but what I really disliked a lot was the presence of a roaster in the bathroom, they should take care of it a little more, I hope this serves as an opportunity for improvement, thank you

Moca Hotel 10/18 - 10/20/24
Staff is indifferent to customers. At check in - given a room, upon entering the room - it looked like occupants had just gotten out of bed - not cleaned. Had to wait for a room to be cleaned. 2nd room clean - found balcony door would not latch or lock closed - allowing cold air into room. Heater not working. Shower did not have a full enclosure - only a swinging glass door - and about 18" of gap - allowing water to splash all over the floor creating a slip hazard. My wife found hair on the "clean towels". Also this hotel rents rooms on an hourly basis - cash only - suspect clientel using this place. Unfortunately, with its location and arrangement, this could be a great place if properly managed.
