There was a very large dead roach in the breakfast area. I reported it to various departments but none seemed to care. Messaged the hotel after my stay and they never responded. Area outside surrounded by strong odor of pot and didn’t feel safe

My room was located next to a stairway door and it was being used by someone late at night. It was very loud, frightening at first. Other than that, this was a decent, typical NYC hotel -- small room, good bed, clean bath, basic amenities. A good value.

The first night they tried to have us stay in a room with mold, got changed to a room after getting attitude from a lady which later talk down on us in Spanish on the phone thinking we won’t understand. The new room was a little bit better but every time we shower the bathroom was all wet due to the pot shower head and no door. The sink was all clogged so the water took forever to go down. Forth desk people were amazing. I will give them that

Great location - good value. Not very fancy and continental breakfast was not very much (apples, oranges, pastries) but reasonable for the price to be in a great location.

Horrible experience

Broken bed, broken sink, phone not working, closet broken One of the worst experience in a hotel room ever. The receptionist is rude and they can’t even give me another room without a broken bed. I need my money back!

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Hayden NYC Hotel while attending the NYE Encounter at the Metropolitan Pavilion. The location was perfect, just 10 blocks away, making it an easy and enjoyable walk through the beautiful Flower District, surrounded by gorgeous flowers, trees, and plants. The hotel provided great complimentary amenities, including a continental breakfast, bottled water, a well-equipped gym, and a lovely lobby. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, always ensuring we had what we needed. They even opened the doors for us upon entry and exit, adding a touch of hospitality that made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was comfortable, featuring great beds, refreshing showers, and windows that opened slightly, allowing us to enjoy the energy of NYC. Parking was stress-free thanks to validated parking at Icon Parking just a block away. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and we appreciated receiving our receipt via email right after our stay. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries were always readily available, adding to the comfort of our visit. Overall, Hayden NYC was a fantastic choice for a weekend stay, offering convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Would definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)
