Good mid tier hotel. No frills but mostly what i want at that level. I would have like a coffee area in the morning but no big deal. I would definitely come back to hotel 57. It’s all about price versus what you get and where.

Hotel was nice but housekeeping could have been better. We had no bath towels when we got to the room. I called and they dropped them off quickly but everyday when they cleaned our room they took the dirty towels and never left any new towels. We had to call everyday of our 4 night stay to get towels.

First the staff, very short, just NO answers, No good morning NO how was your day, very unfriendly, then the room, super noisy air fan, just two choices, on or off, when off very hot room when we call and told them another NO other room available, then bathroom is old and not very clean and it does not flush correctly also there is NO tv included with the fee, if you want you have to pay extra It was the worst part of our trip, been expose to this ignorants that they have power over you, no empathy

Overcharged on everything. I booked a room with 2 beds and it stated this on the booking, but then charged $500 extra. And there were 2 instances of this, so it was common practice by the hotel tbh!! Not happy at all!!!

The property was at a good location but definitely had a worn feel to it. The furnishings in the room had chips and big scratchs in the headboard and bed. The couch/futon had some staining. The bed was too soft for me but that may be a personal preference.
