I asked over and over for bath clothes and towels every day. The lady was rude then brought the huge hand towels for bath cloths. I will never stay here again. I stay at a lot of holiday inn express. Never such bad service.

Our room was nice, small but nice. The beds were comfortable, pillows great, shower was ok (not great water pressure), staff was great except one woman who was rude. They use Dove products for the bathroom, and the refill them, which I appreciate, instead of tossing out tiny bottles. They were wonderful about storing luggage. It is a great distance to a vus stop, a decent distance to a Subway stop. Great bagel, pizza and deli down the street. My one big complaint is the breakfast. The space is horrible, absolutely horrible. The staff did their best, but it is simply too small. Most kornings we did not even try because there were so many people in line and no seats. The food would run out as well. The hotel has space to exoand the dining area but the company will not spend the money. Such a shame.

I booked a hotel and paid in advance for both my stay and parking. When I arrived to check in, the front desk guy gave me a parking business card and told me to go there. I drove to the parking lot and left my car. This morning, I checked out and went to pick up my car, but they told me I had to pay because it wasn’t covered. I explained that I had already paid for both the hotel and parking together. They said they had nothing to do with the hotel. I called the front desk, and they told me the same thing—that they had no connection to the parking lot. So why does the hotel charge for parking? I ended up paying for parking twice, just to get my car back. This is terrible. I've never felt so scammed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely awful!

Cheaper end hotel in Hell's kitchen. Room was clean and was cleaned daily by house keeping. A short walk from the C train, but lots of food and grocery near by. The free breakfast here was excellent! It was slammed packed each AM, so it was tough to get food. But when you did it was beyond expectations

This place is wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not kept up and things ran out quickly. They did their best to stock the items. I would definitely stay here again. Great location. Close to brodway and restaurants

I am not one to complain but The room is super small but that’s ok ( what I didn’t like is that they don’t clean well before new people comes in 1. There was a cup with orange juice still in the fridge 2. There is so many stains on the carpet 3.its not soundproof as mention in their website we could hear ppl convo and coughing laughing and hear the next door open their drapes at 6am 4. Breakfast is not the best and they don’t have enough seating compared to the amount of rooms they have …. Ppl were eating breakfast standing we had to wait like 20 mins with our plates to sit down 5. The bathroom was dirty they didn’t clean the shower there was black mold all around the door 6. The conditioner bottle was shampoo inside the two shampoos no conditioner . 7. My experience at this hotel was not bad 8. Parking is in another lot 3 streets down 65$ US ( if u leave during the day u have to pay 65$ again to park ur car in the same day ) Hope this helps others make a decision whether to book at this hotel or not.
