Basic maintenance has clearly been neglected. The shower floor was cracked and discolored. The desk and arm chair were peeling. There were no plants in the lobby, just empty planters. After a fire alarm went off they told us to just stay in our rooms until they could investigate, instead of evacuating

We had booked a parking space but, at check-in, there were so many parked cars, I could hardly find a spot to leave the car. Much worse, it took 55 minutes to retrieve the car at check-put.?We had been told to call 30 minutes before pickup, however when we called we were told the car had been moved offsite to a location that would take much longer to retrieve.!

I think it’s in the wrong area for a hotel, the pricing is very expensive. I only got 2 towels during my stay and the elevators were broken I had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with my luggage. I feel that there should be compensation for that.

Hotel looks shabby. Hallway carpeting as well as room carpets look dirty. The look of the front desk gives you an idea of what's to come. It's chipped, old and looks dirty. Bathroom has no counter space at all.
