The hotel and staff were great. It is right in downtown Brooklyn a 10 minute walk to Barclay Center. The only confusing thing was the valet. You have to leave your car then go check and then go back to valet but after that, they have an easy check-in, they send you a text message to check out your car. Only thing they don’t note is if you purchase parking they charge an additional $10 if you have SUV.

We specifically chose a hotel with a hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working. The saunas were not working. The pool was unavailable during the daytime hours. This was disappointing and we inquired about it being fixed but in the three days it was not corrected.

Very accessible , I would stay again but ask for a room not close to the elevator. Didn't like how thin the walls were/, I could actually hear someone blowing their nose, zipping up luggage... it was that way. The shower was nice but the water ran out on to the floor fall too easy.

I booked this hotel to take advantage of the pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. The hot tub wasn't working (jets) so we basically sat in murky water, and the pool was also dirty. The steam room and sauna were out of order. We also had to change rooms since ours smelled really bad upon arrival. I don't usually complain but for the amount of money spent, the place was really not updated nor very clean. The valet parking took over an hour to get our car when we left, which was very inconvenient. The bar and lobby were ok, but overall the place needs improvement.
