I have stayed here a few times and it's always been a good experience. Rooms are clean, stagg is nice and the subway is at the end of the street. Only negative was we booked a car through the hotel staff and were quoted a prive of $64 and was told we could use our card instead of cash. Driver was annoyed that we didn't have cash, increased the price and charged additional fees on top of it. We will stick with uber from now on.

In general my family and I liked the hotel and we'll certainly come back. The 2 hotel bellboys were very friendly and kind and the staff at the restaurant was just extraordinary, certainly the service received by them was the highlight. Also the cleaning staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the attitude of the 2 ladies working the night shift at the reception. They acted like they didn't care at all and every time we interacted with them they had a bad attitude.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom door didn’t close all of the way due to hinge issues but it didn’t bother us. It was in a convenient area and away from the crowds. Felt safe. No problems with the elevator.

Great spot to stay in NYC. Front desk staff and the gentleman who helped with bags were super nice! Location is great with a fantastic ramen spot across the street. Only 2 issues - only 1 elevator working so wait times can be extended. Don’t wait to the last minute if you need to catch a train! Shower - water pressure was awesome, shower curtain -not so much. There might have been more water on the floor than in the actual shower. Minor inconveniences for relatively affordable accommodations.
