This “Hilton” only cleans your room every second day and in my case it was the early evening when they wanted to clean. I’ve never seen cleaning a room after 6:00pm….

Views Not Seen, and a Side of Evening barking.

There was a dog barking during the evening, nearby. That was not necessarily the hotels fault but it was a not ideal at all. Room check in was not available at 3:00 pm as I had scheduled via the app and selected the room we wanted. Ultimately we were placed on a lower floor than we wanted, missing out on much of the views we were looking for on our first trip to NYC.

Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location was perfect for us as a base. Easy walk to Times Square, Central Park and the Subway to explore other parts of New York. Room was spacious with all amenities and despite some of the recent reviews there was not a single issue with the elevators and more often and no we were the only people in there (maybe luck not sure) all the staff were friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again!
