We spent a week here and enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and we felt safe as after 9pm you must use your card to get inside. The room was enough space and the shower has great water pressure. The internal is enough for phone use but not for gaming. There is a free breakfast buffet and it was good. There are several options to eat near by some chain and some small bus. The subway station is near by and the 4 takes you into Manhattan easily. I didn't use the parking so i can't speak on that. Overall, I would stay here again. Side note its close to Yankee stadium.

I have been in many hotels, but this is definitely best 3 star hotel. No too sure whole cleaned my room, but that individual is amazing. Thank You. My room was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a great location to get on a subway. 4 minutes walk. Shops to buy food and eat, 2 minutes walk. The area is dominated by the locals, but was lovely to see people enjoying them self. Exactly 14 minutes walk from Yankee Stadium. Parking facilities are available at the hotel, which cost around $30 per day. Also you can pay for parking on the meter outside the hotel. Breakfast was breakfast. Nothing fancy, I am happy the fact the hotel provides free breakfast for their guest. The location is good to get to lower Manhattan. Takes about 25 minutes to get to the central by subway.

the hotel is great, great room, great staff, great food, very clean inside and out. the location is very close to the subway. the only complaint is the neighbourhood outside, which is quite noisy until midnight, especially during weekend nights. i hope the hotel managers can improve the sound isolation of the windows.

Very clean relatively quiet the parking was not well explained prior to going. You need to call right before you get there to see if there are spots. If you are driving you need to pull up in front of the hotel ( it’s a store front situation) go in and they will open the garage door next to them on the sidewalk and you can park securely. If you are not used to the war that is the driving situation in this part of the Bronx, it can be harrowing If you know ahead of time to use that open space infront of the hotel on the street to park and call the front desk you will have 1/2 a chance. I would not have felt comfortable going out after dark to get food, and I did not see any clear near choices. Door dash worked well for this and the front desk was very accommodating. Cheap option if you have a conference at NY Presbyterian in manhattan about a 15 min drive

Hotel itself is good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The area is a little sketchy. I was told it’s safe but the streets are dirty. Good for the value because it’s convenient. But I don’t know if I will stay in that neighborhood again.

This hotel is a hidden little gem in the Bronx. Price was a steal with an all inclusive breakfast. It’s super close to the subway station which is 1 transfer to downtown Manhattan.

The Highbridge Hotel is really good for an affordable hotel. Clean. Helpful. Quiet. Good breakfast. The area has lots of people and really seems safe when well populated, in spite of the litter. But I wouldn't walk around late at night by myself.
