Rooms are small but modern, sleek and very clean. Great use of the space. Nice big comfy bed. Clean and nice and quiet way up on the 36th floor. Roof top bar lounge is wonderful offering some nice views. Buffet breakfast was good and area was always kept clean. Staff are super friendly and amazing considering how many people are in the dining room at the same time.

This hotel is centrally located for anyone going to Broadway shows or anything in Times Square. It was very busy while we were there. But the staff were great.

Times square fun to flat

Good except elevators confusing and over packed at peak times. There were street closures in area upon check out and we had to retrieve our own car after paying 95 dollar valet cost, no offer to take us to 53rd street where vehicle was parked. This was disappoi ting!!!
