Great location, narrow rooms, good breakfasts, housekeeping comes every 2 days but did not replace bin liners or towels, too much deposit needed almost 1000nz after already paying for the rooms, and may not get back for up to 2 weeks

Our stay was great. Great service. Great room. Great spread of food at breakfast. Only disappointment was all the food was good and we got there at 830am. Other than that, everything was great!

Great location very close to Times Square and theatres. Elevators sometimes slow. Room was small even for NYC but clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was great. Recommend this hotel for a winter getaway.

The amenities were quite limited, and I found it particularly inconvenient that there were no slippers or a kettle provided. While this might be common in the U.S., considering the high price I paid, I found it disappointing and lacking in consideration for guests not to provide even these basic essentials. Additionally, the breakfast was not very tasty. As a traveler coming all the way from Japan, I would appreciate it if you could put a little more effort into improving that as well.

Decent stay, 3.5 stars

The room was small, think carnival cruise size room, no room to spread out and felt a little cramped even with just 2 people. No street noise (aside from typical nyc honking and sirens) on 5th floor. Elevators took a long time, we ended up using the stairs most of the time. Mattress and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, nothing special, but they kept food coming out and cleared tables quickly. Location was nice, right off the main streets but still easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do in the area. Service was good, the few staff members we interacted with were friendly.

Perfectly suitable

Small rooms, which we new and many have said and Skipped the breakfast as not the greatest. We didnt stay there for a big room or great breakfast. We stayed for the location. Right next to Time square and walking distance to pretty much all the things to see in New York. We stayed in Jan so not 100% full and could potential see that queues for lifts might be a slight issue. Overall, great hotel to stay in if you want to save a bit of cash to spend elsewhere on your holiday

Glad I booked this place. The location was great, being so close to Time Square & Broadway. Elevator: Interesting as you need to use a tablet to enter your floor, then swipe your room key card. It then directs you to one fo their elevators. Room: clean but I would say is a bit cramped. The heater works but doesn’t stay shut off when the off button was pressed & made noise (not ideal for light sleepers). Free breakfast: American breakfast. Gym: Decent gym with dumbbells, 1 bench, 1 adjustable cable machine & several cardio equipment.
