Average hotel for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and a good variety. Rooms were clean, but small. Elevator gets a little busy but can’t complain for the price .

Excellent location

Excellent location but when your room is near the elevator, we can hear people coming in and out. And the elevator bell when it opens up. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

If you use the valet service, try not to forget anything in your car. They will tell you where the car is located blocks away expecting you to go retrieve it yourself. The room had no microwave for heating my daughters meal. I had to use the communal one in the lobby.

Good hotel choice

The hotel was in a great location. It took minutes by foot to get to Times Square, Broadway and Central Park. Considering the location, the hotel was pretty quiet. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was very convenient to all destinations, Time Square, broadway shows, restaurants, Empire State Building…etc. the elevators were an issue but everything else was Pleasant.

It’s a good stay except long wait times for elevators during rush hours. I recommend staying at 3-5th floors to use stairs in case of need. Location is very good. Recommend using hilton app to avoid long check in and out queues.

Decent hotel with friendly staff.

The front desk staff guy (can’t remember this name) was very nice and polite. We couldn’t check in to the room we reserved due to maintenance issue so he gave us a couple of options and it worked for us. PROS: friendly staff including the dining area staff. Although I wish one of the staff would stop constantly coming to our table and grabbing plates to clean up our table. In one instance, I wasn’t done with my plate and he wanted to take it. The hotel is quiet. Although it’s old, it’s pretty clean. They have free cookies everyday that my son enjoyed. CONS: they only have 2 elevators that services over 30 floors. One day, one of them was out for maintenance. One morning we had to take the stairs from the 21st floor after waiting for 15 mins for the elevator. Cleaning lady came in and I told her that we were out of conditioner and body wash. She looked at them and took pictures but never refilled the bottles but did cleaned the room.

The location in midtown is nice making a lot of things walkable. The hotel is showing in age. The bed in my room was sagging towards the foot of the bed. The tv did not have clear reception or the option to sign in to Netflix. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice, but the hotel needs some updates.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hot breakfast every morning. Close to subway. Target was a 7 min walk. Loved that we were able to drop off our luggage since our arrival was early morning. Also loved they kept our luggage for us the last day since we had a later flight. Did not rent a car took subway everywhere. Great Location!

Customer service and room cleaning

Great location. Bathrooms could use an upgrade. Customer service could have been better. My daughter came down with a stomach bug and threw up in the room. We made numerous attempts to get our room deep cleaned. Not only for us and the smell but for the next guest that come in. The only thing that was done was spraying a cleaner. Nothing on the carpets or vacuuming. Again we made numerous request to get the room cleaned but it didn't happen. We even asked if we could get cleaning spray and we would do it ourselves.
