Excellent Location. Right in the heart of Times Square. Subway across the street. Never felt unsafe. We didn't have any issues with breakfast and easily found a table to sit at every morning. The beds were comfortable—lots of street noise, but no complaints. Anyone complaining about noise shouldn't even be staying at Times Square. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the elevator situation in the hotel. Extremely horrible. We were on 15th floor. One of the elevators didn't work 2 nights out of 3 we stayed there. We literally had to wait 15 minutes every time. Sometimes it felt the elevator had a mind of its own. It would reach to first floor and then, without opening, would head straight back up. The staff was never bothered by the long lines at the elevators or even concerned. Probably the elevator is the only reason I might not return.

Great Location

Elevators were nightmarish. One of them not working held things up tremendously. We had to wait 2-4 times every time we used them. It took me 30 minutes to get down from the 25th floor. Great location and very nice staff though.

The rooms were clean and the location was outstanding. It is family friendly and affordable. The only negatives are the ones previous listed, slow elevators (only two working elevators) and insufficient/inefficient layout of the breakfast area. If you are on a budget and want breakfast, this is a place to go as it was clean, safe, and well located.

First time visit to NYC

The hotel was in a fantastic location—perfect for a first-time visitor. While our overall stay was very enjoyable, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. There were limited options each morning for those with dietary requirements, and unfortunately, very few dairy-free choices. One morning, the fire alarms were tested at 5:30am, which was quite disruptive. Following that, only takeaway breakfast was available, and again, it didn’t cater to my dietary needs. That said, we still had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. A special mention goes to Joseph—he was incredibly helpful, and I highly suggest speaking with him for tips and assistance during your stay.

Clean room and great location. I only gave 4 stars due to the long wait times for the elevators. There are 3 but it takes awhile to get one that doesn’t skip your floor entirely or isn’t full when it does stop on your floor. Forget trying to catch one with a luggage cart. There was also no bathroom on the lobby level. This made it difficult to make a quick stop at the hotel for a bathroom trying to avoid the long wait to use the elevator to use the one in our room.

My mom booked this room to come an see a specialist doctor. The doctor had to move her appt to the week before and the staff was rude (Michael) and unwilling to help her with modifying her dates even though they had availability and she was willing to pay the increase for the modification of dates she needed. So she was out all her money on this booking because they would not let her cancel with any kind of refund.
