We just used this for a night to get to JFK in AM. Parking was on the street, hard to find. Property was basic and did the job.

This hotel is an easy few minutes from JFK. The shuttle service needs a bit of work, but they can provide. Lobby is clean and well managed. Breakfast was nice and food was tasty. Would def stay here again.

A clean and neat property. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of hangers in the closet. Staff was amazing and accommodating. We were able to drop our bags off earlier than checkin time so we could go to a 2pm show. Our shuttle to the airport in the am was crowded, which is expected for an airport hotel. We forgot a bag when we got dropped off. We called as soon as we realized it, and the driver, Benny, was already on the way to our drop off gate. Benny had a great recall of us to be able to know where to go, and initiative to go to our gate and presumably look for us. Thank you for saving us incredible stress and irreplaceable loss.

Very clean, decent sized room and very comfy king sized bed. Unfortunately when dropping bags before check in we were not told that booking the shuttle to JFK in advance was required so we had to pay for an Uber. In the bar area customers appeared to be providing their own liquor which I'm not sure is permitted. Would still recommend for good value.

Not really bad, not really great either. The property is showing its age and having a great view of the neighboring building's dumpster does not exactly raise spirits. For what it is, a place to spend the night before or after a flight it is quite sufficient. Some healthier options at breakfast would be nice though.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was very noisy and sunk in the middle. Bed sheets looked old and frayed. Breakfast was dry and overcooked. It was clean enough, but not very nice for a Hilton.

Called for a shuttle when we arrived at jfk,the quoted time (5 min) should have been 15…the bar was out of mixers & beer. The room was fine; good shower pressure, good breakfast. Sadly free shuttle to airport was not available ( could only take 1 person, of a 2 person party); runs 1 shuttle every 1/2 hr- BAD especially for the obviously busy morning flights! We had to Uber & pay $30! Awful
