We stayed at the Hyatt Grand Central 2 nights , traveling with our 3 granddaughters ( ages 21, 21, and 16). My husband is disabled, in a wheelchair, and our accessible room was large, clean, and perfect for us. We were placed in a room next to our granddaughters, as requested. Their room was also surprisingly large for NYC. The Market Cafe food was great. Staff were incredibly helpful with transportation issues. We will definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed here over Thanksgiving break and had an excellent stay. The proximity to Grand Central was great along with Bryant Park, the library, and lots of great shops and stops. The front desk was always friendly and our rooms were very clean and quiet. I definitely would stay here again in the future.

Nice enough hotel, but not nearly worth what I paid for it. I think that’s more of a function of NYC being so expensive. The “city view” rooms aren’t worth it. The bathrooms are old and need to be updated. Like I said - it was alright but overpriced

Our sink has n the bathroom did not drain and the toilet didn’t flush well. We had to flush 2-3 times to get anything to go down. There was food that wasn’t our under the ottoman

There were no curtains for privacy. Low water pressure, forever to get hot water. The only option for breakfast is a buffet & no menu. There is a resort fee add on? What about the place qualifies as a resort? Seems like a ploy to get more money! Our bill didn't seem to reflect the $15.00/day credit from The Market Cafe which we were told at checkin we would receive. Housekeeping was very friendly.
