We had a fabulous time at the Fitzpatrick. We were a little hesitant about staying in NYC bur the moment we entered the hotel we knew we made a wonderful choice. The staff was so kind and helpful. Room was perfect!

Great midtown east location. Very friendly and kind staff. Cozy room with a comfortable bed. Loved the bathrobe that was provided. Older building with lots of charm.

Overall a nice property but for the price I expected functioning room climate control (I had to open windows to cool the room) and there was an odor of recent heavy cleaning or re-staining/painting in the room.

Even though this property is in a great neighborhood, the building is old and doesn’t have air conditioning till a certain date in May. We had a drainage issue n the bathroom and they didn’t have anyone to fix it and they couldn’t give us a clean room to move into so we could shower and change. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least.

The two people at the front desk were so gracious, hospitable, and forthcoming with information for my husband and me. We were able to walk to our restaurant and enjoy window shopping along Fifth Avenue, including Tiffany’s. What fun! Even though our room was on the second floor, it’s so quiet.
