We stay here nearly each time we are in Manhattan. We like to park our car in self parking around the corner, the rates are super reasonable, staff has always been great and we need to be in the Downtown area in general so this works. With that said, I’ve never had an issue before. Smaller rooms perhaps, but whatever. This time our bed was so incredibly uncomfortable we are both in serious back pain. I thought it was just me, but my husband as well and he never complains about a thing. We are extremely surprised and disappointed. Hoping this is a one off, but we will not take another chance unfortunately. There are other places in the area that are nearly the same price. We are sad to let this one go. Been going for a few years now ☹️

Basic but fairly comfortable room. Wish it had better Marriott bed, towels and toilet paper. Each day our room was not cleaned by 3:00 but cleaned after we inquired. Wish also new water every day at least for gold members
