Perfectly acceptable for a stay before getting a flight at JFK. Clean, pleasant staff. It’s not a place to hang out for vacation. It’s close to the airport with little around it. Don’t expect to be walking around exploring the neighborhood. There a decent breakfast. Plan on DoorDash for dinner. We used Uber as our flight was very early and the shuttle doesn’t start until 4am, so I can’t comment on the shuttle. Parking is convenient. Valet on a lift for $30 a day, which is reasonable.

The front desk was quick to check us in and let us check in early, and helped us get set up for our airport shuttle and wake up calls for the following morning. The bed was sooo comfy and the stand up shower and updated room was great!

A nice clean and cosy place. Breakfast could be better with more variety. I didn’t like the extensive use of disposables in the restaurant. Everything was disposable.

Fine for one night due to proximity to JFK
Hotel shuttle was not working on my arrival at Federal Circle and I had to call the hotel to arrange transportation. They did arrange for Lyft to pick me up. Check-in was good and Ronald who helped me to my room was excellent. They offered me a list of places where I could arrange delivery of dinner, but I did not try it. I just purchased a microwavable option from them.

The air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy and just kept on either heating or cooling regardless of temperature set. So you either froze and cooked.
