The shuttle was broken so a Lyft was sent. It took 5 attempts to get a driver because the hotel staff wouldn’t listen to instructions or provide us with the proper pick up spot. This caused my husband who has severe knee pain to stand for and walk for a prolonged period. We begged the last driver to please not leave and he drove around about 20 minutes with us on the phone until he found us. Housekeeping made the bed but did not leave clean face clothes.There were also bugs in our bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. It appears that the hotel was very understaffed and the front desk person was overwhelmed and working alone.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was adequate. Do not stay here if you are a female traveling alone. The neighborhood is terrible. If you stay here, plan on not leaving the hotel.

The hotel itself is fine and a B&B, although it’s expensive for what it is. To be fair, it does say there are no dining facilities but what it doesn’t say is that the area surrounding the hotel is so run down. Guests wouldn’t want to go out to find a restaurant, even supposing there was much choice.
