Very close to the Lincoln Center. Great location! Missed seeing the rooftop. I was not clear about the cocktail thing, because I don't drink. If it was clearly stated it was a restaurant I may give dine there. I also don't know if I am allowed to be there without ordering food. I guess I should have asked. Bathroom: the toilet tank from time to time would release sound, affecting my sleep. The handle of the shower somehow was loose, hard to get the hot water. I tried to call the front desk, the line was always busy. Otherwise, a convenient and quiet stay.

Clean and modern hotel, complimentary bottled water from reception. Cleaners thorough and rooms clean, some signs of wear and tear. All staff friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to central park and walking distance to Time Square. Close to Subway at Columbus Circle linking to World Trade and all the way out to Brooklyn/Dumbo.

Terrible room for the price. Entire hotel is dark, with corridors and rooms. The Ac/heaters always giving issues. No parking at all. Have to keep calling front desk from my cell phone for maintenance to fix it. The phone inside the room never worked. I opted to shorten my stay and get a refund of the remaining days, management refused. This hotel is highway robbery.

Very small rooms, and old. Poor sound insulation
Our room was by the road side. Very poor sound insulation. We were hearing the early morning to 24hrs sirens, horns and cars outside. Worst!! We can hear conversations and musics and even couple doing their thing! It was disgusting, specially i have my little kids! Won’t ever book here again.

The room was extremely hot. Very uncomfortable Couldn’t override the thermostat On my way out I noticed the thermostat on the mezzanine was set to 88 degrees!
