Friendly staff and good service. The rooms are small but to be expected for Manhattan. Great location and walkable to all the major attractions and subway. Breakfast options were good but it was really crowded so we preferred to eat outside. They also gave a $30 credit per day and happy hour which is nice but ended up not using it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but it is Manhattan. While I understand the $30 daily fee, I thought it was odd and just another way to get more money from customers. It was very nice to have breakfast provided but it could have used a little more variety.

The staff was nice except for the bar. The male bartender was a little condescending and not helpful. That was on Wednesday, night around 9:45 p.m., April 9, 2025. The light switch in my room was inoperable, but I did not report it as I relied on the lamps and didn't want anyone to be working in my room. The last two days of my trip there was work being done on the building and scaffolding everywhere and there were constant issues with the elevators. I had to walk down from the 10th floor. The evening complimentary snack was lacking. However, the majority of the staff was wonderful, and the location was good.

We were charged a $30 per day charge (booking through Expedia )and had to use it in the limited bar hours. We had dinner reservations and theater tickets so it made it difficult to use it so it would’ve been nice not to have the charge at all or at least to be able to spend it in the convenience mini store . Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel location and staff. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were top-notch.
